The abled head of department of Social Welfare and Community Development with his staff at Nanton sensitising person’s with disabilities on the registration of PWDs unto National Health Insurance System.
The need for the PWDs to engage in Home Base care was emphasised by Madam Latifa. Mr. Kenneth also encouraged the PWDs to get their wards enrolled in to schools especially children who are physically challenged.
