The meeting between the Feed the Future Resilience in Northern Ghana Systems Strengthening Activity and Staff members of the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) and six (6) Municipal/District Assemblies was organized to discuss the Activity’s Grants Under Contract (GUC) program.
The GUC aims to support private sector entities such as community-based organizations, civil society organizations, and non-governmental organizations, in delivering services to vulnerable populations, especially Women of Reproductive Age (WRA) and Children Under Five (CU5).
In other to achieve the goals, the Resilience in Northern Ghana Systems Strengthening team decided to meet with the RCC and partner districts to discuss the goals of the GUC, modalities for coordination and collaboration and exchange pertinent information on the sequence of events leading to the awarding of grants.
