The department ensures that human resources are administered effectively and efficiently, as well as translating institutional policies on employment, personnel, pay, and salaries into excellent management practices. The department also ensures that personnel records are updated on a regular basis, as well as inter- and intra-departmental communication, in order to improve employee performance and growth.

The Human Resource Department keeps track of all human resource-related activities and takes steps to improve the Assembly’s staff’s capacities, skills, and expertise. Other responsibilities of the department include ensuring the general well-being of employees and appraising direct reporting.
