The HH4A initiative pilot program was a two days training of 72 participants which involved members from Education, Health, Social Welfare and Community Development, Environmental Health personnels, Members from the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) and UNICEF members who were the sole facilitators.

A representative from UNICEF gave an overview of the HH4A initiative, the minimum standards, operational guidelines and a pilot rollout plan.

The participants were later grouped according to designation and asked to work together on setting specific minimum standards and sector-specific HH4A operational guideline bullets.
