The celebration of the 65th Independence day in Nanton District Assembly was a successful one compared to the previous year. The event was supervised under the leadership of the DCD and the DES Director.
As usual the event was graced with students from various schools within the district showing their matching abilities and some cultural dances were performed. The DCE gave a speech and awards were presented to schools that performed well in the matching display.
